③ Start option:
Press the button for 3-4 seconds to turn on or turn off the lamp; when you hear a " beep " sound, release the button.

How to confirm the most suitable irradiation time?
✅ At your first treatment, choose the irradiation time to 30 seconds; if your skin doesn't appear skin erythema or feel the burn, increase 20 seconds of the irradiation time on the second day.
✅Follow the above process, and each irradiation time increased 20 seconds until the skin appears mild pink erythema.
✅Record the treatment time, then reduce 20 seconds of that; that's your most suitable irradiation time.
✅After you make sure your best treatment time, using once every 2-3 days, the treatment effect will be better.
